Evidence-based Home Visiting Models Map
Evidence-based home visiting programs help parents and others raising children with the supports necessary to improve maternal and child health – including mental health – improve child development and school readiness, promote family economic self-sufficiency, promote positive parents practices, reduce abuse and neglect and address substance use disorders.
This map shows which evidence-based models receive public funds within each county. It helps identify parts of the state that may benefit from additional evidence-based home visiting models and funding. Use the Layers menu to also see the models within each Congressional district, Senate district, and House district.
